Why we started
We Got Tired of Watching Everyone Get a Worse Deal
We started Hypermaids out of pure frustration with the modern cleaning industry. On one side, corporate gig-economy platforms were overcharging clients with hidden fees and surprise math at checkout. On the other, the people actually doing the heavy lifting were being underpaid for it.
Neither side of that deal made sense to us. So we built a platform that treats everyone better, and we made the pricing the first thing we fixed.
By putting a strict all-inclusive, tax-inclusive price on every service, we removed booking anxiety completely. There is no calculator to argue with and no line item waiting at the end. And because we are not hiding fees, we can afford to pay our professional cleaning staff an industry-leading living wage. Those two facts are connected, and that is the whole point.

Every staff member is background-checked, covered by WSIB, bonded, and insured under our commercial general liability policy. You are never the one carrying the risk.

Flat rates by square footage, from small suites to enterprise floors, with flexible weekly and bi-weekly schedules.

The 24-Hour Spotless Guarantee
Miss a spot, skip a baseboard, or leave anything less than perfect, and you have 24 hours to tell us. We send a team back to reclean the area free of charge. No arguments and no invoice.
The Airbnb "Never Miss a Guest" Promise
A late turnover means a bad review you cannot undo. If we fail to finish your scheduled Airbnb turnover before your 3:00 PM check-in window, the entire turnover is free.
Cancellations, lockouts and the limits on housekeeping extras are all written out plainly.
