Does your flat rate really include the 13% Ontario HST?

Yes, absolutely. The price you see on our booking grid is the exact number charged to your card. There are no surprise additions, processing fees or hidden taxes added at checkout. We absorb the tax directly into our flat rates.

What if a job takes your team longer than expected? Will I be charged extra?

Never. We sell a flawless completed result, not a ticking clock. If a kitchen takes our team an extra 45 minutes to meet our spotless standards, your price remains exactly what you locked in.

How does next-day booking work?

As long as you submit your booking before our 5:00 PM cut-off today, our routing engine syncs with our regional cleaning teams to place you on tomorrow’s schedule. You will receive your assigned cleaner’s profile by 7:00 PM tonight.

Do I need to supply vacuums, mops or cleaning products?

No. Our professional staff arrive fully equipped with premium industrial-grade HEPA vacuums, colour-coded microfibre systems and eco-friendly cleaning supplies, at no extra charge.

Are your cleaners insured and safe to have in my home?

Your safety is our highest priority. Every member of our staff is a fully vetted employee, never an unverified gig worker. All are background-checked, covered under our multi-million-dollar Commercial General Liability policy, and protected by WSIB Ontario.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Plans change, and that is fine. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time window. Inside 24 hours a $50 flat fee applies, which goes directly to the cleaner who held that slot for you. If our crew arrives and cannot get in, they wait 20 minutes while trying to reach you, after which a $75 lockout fee applies.
