A regular clean is judged by how the place feels. A move clean is judged by someone running a finger along the top of a cabinet door with your deposit in mind. Those are not the same job, so we do not price them the same way.
Empty rooms also change the work. With furniture gone, every mark on a baseboard, every scuff behind a wardrobe and every crumb in a drawer is suddenly visible. That is exactly where a move clean spends its time.

Move cleans work best once the furniture and boxes are out, because we can reach everything an inspection will. If the place is still partly furnished, tell us at booking and we will schedule accordingly rather than turn up and improvise.

Why a flat rate matters most on a move
Move cleans are the job most likely to run long, which is exactly why hourly cleaners quote them low and finish high. Our rate locks when you book. If your oven takes two hours instead of one on the day you are also handing over keys, that is our problem, not another line on your bill.
If the inspection finds something
We Come Back Before Your Landlord Does
The 24-hour spotless guarantee matters more here than anywhere else. If an agent, a landlord or a buyer flags something we missed, tell us within 24 hours and we send a team straight back to redo it, free of charge.
Book the clean a day before your final walkthrough rather than the morning of it. That leaves room for us to fix anything without you standing there watching the clock.

Common questions
Move Cleaning FAQs
When should I book the clean around my move?
Once the property is empty and at least a day before your final walkthrough or handover. That gap gives you room to use the 24-hour guarantee if an agent flags anything, rather than discovering a problem an hour before you hand over the keys.
Do I need to be there?
No, and on a move day you probably do not want to be. Leave a lockbox code, or arrange for the agent or concierge to let us in, and put the details in the booking form. We lock up behind us.
Will this get my full deposit back?
We clean to the standard an inspection looks for, including every surface listed above, and we return free if something is flagged within 24 hours. What we cannot do is fix damage, repaint walls or repair fittings, since those are repairs rather than cleaning.
Can you clean while some furniture is still in place?
We can, but you will get less for your money because anything we cannot safely move gets cleaned around. If a partial move is unavoidable, tell us at booking so we scope it properly instead of improvising on the day.
Do you take carpets and walls?
Floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout, and marks come off trim, doors and switches. Carpet shampooing and wall washing are outside our scope, so if your lease demands them you will want a specialist as well. We will say so rather than let you find out at the inspection.
