We wash and reset the linens you keep on site as part of the turnover. If you would rather run a hotel-style swap with a second set, tell us at booking and we will work to whatever system you already have.

Can you guarantee a same-day turnover between guests?

Yes, and we back it. Book the morning window and your turnover is finished before the 3:00 PM check-in, or the entire turnover is free. Tell us your checkout time at booking and we schedule around it rather than around our own convenience.

Do you provide the linens and towels?

We wash and reset the linens you keep on site as part of the turnover. We do not supply hotel-style linen stock ourselves, but if you keep a second set for swapping we will work to that system. Just tell us how you run it at booking.

What happens if a guest leaves damage or the place is a mess?

We photograph anything out of the ordinary and send it to you the same day, so you have evidence in hand before the review window closes. Your flat rate does not change because a guest left it worse than usual, and that is deliberate.

Do you handle multiple units or a whole portfolio?

Yes. Regional scheduling means several units in the same building or neighbourhood get grouped together, which is how we keep tight turnaround windows realistic. Call 647-524-9786 and we will map your properties onto our regional teams.

Do you restock consumables?

We reset what you leave on site, such as toilet paper, soap and coffee, and we tell you when stock is running low. We do not buy supplies on your behalf, so nothing appears on your bill that you did not approve.
