Booking Questions
Am I charged when I submit this form?
No. Submitting the form sends us a request, nothing more. A coordinator confirms your slot and your exact flat rate first, and your card is only charged one hour after the clean is finished.
How soon can you come?
Submit before our 5:00 PM cut-off and we schedule you for the next day, morning or afternoon. You will receive your assigned cleaner’s profile by 7:00 PM the same evening.
What if my home is bigger than the layouts listed?
Choose “Larger or not listed” and we will quote it on the same flat, all-inclusive basis. Larger and multi-level homes are priced per job so the number still holds once we arrive.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all, and most clients are not. Put your buzzer code, concierge details or lockbox code in the entry box and your team will let themselves in and lock up behind them.
